The VISION web3 Foundation announces its first-ever token buyback

The VISION web3 Foundation hereby announces its first-ever token buyback in respect of the Vision Token (VSN). A buyback programme with a maximum value of up to  €2,000,000 between September 1st, 2026 and December 31st, 2026 has been approved.

Purchases will be executed on a rule-based, time-weighted basis, distributed evenly across the programme period. Any material change to the programme will be disclosed. The VISION web3 Foundation may consult VSN Token holders through a governance vote on how a share of the purchased tokens should be used.
