Terms & Conditions: Engage Season 6

1. General

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the rules for participating in the promotion “Engage Airdrop Season 6” (“Promotion”) organized by the Vision Web3 Foundation (CHE-470.746.756), with registered office at Baarerstrasse 12, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (the “Foundation”), and VW3 Labs Ltd., CO Services Cayman Limited, PO Box 10008, Pavilion East, Cricket Square, Grand Cayman KY1-1001 (reg. no. 432361) (“VW3” and together, the “Organisers”), and the resulting legal relationship between the Organisers and the individuals participating in the Promotion (each a “Participant” or “you”).

Please note that participating in the Promotion constitutes your unconditional agreement to these Terms. The Vision Wallet Terms and the Web3 Loyalty Rewards Program terms in their current versions apply concurrently.

Any non-English version is a translation provided for convenience. In the case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

By participating in the Promotion, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements below. Failure to meet all eligibility requirements will result in your disqualification.

2. Promotion Period & Schedule

  • Season 6 Duration: Begins on October 26, 2026, at 13:00 (CET) and ends on November 23, 2026, at 16:00 (CET) (“Promotion Period”).
  • 72-Hour Special Flash Mission: Will take place for a limited period of exactly seventy-two (72) consecutive hours within the Promotion Period, with exact start and end times announced in-app and via official Vision Wallet channels.
  • The Organisers reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion Period or any sub-event at any time.

3. Eligibility and Participation Criteria

Entry is open to verified users (“Participant” or “Participants”) who fulfill all of the following criteria:

  1. Meet all entry criteria described in these Terms;
  2. Are not resident in a country or territory where participation in the Promotion or crypto-asset promotions are prohibited by law or restricted by the Organisers;
  3. Hold and/or stake Vision ($VSN), the native utility token issued by the Foundation, via the Vision Wallet during the Promotion Period to unlock applicable XP multipliers;
  4. Have successfully connected/linked their Vision Wallet account as required within the app prior to or during the Promotion Period;
  5. Earn and maintain Experience Points (XP) accrued through the fulfillment of in-app missions; and
  6. Explicitly accept these Terms.

4. Rewards, Allocation Mechanics & Selection

All rewards under Engage Season 6 will be distributed exclusively in Stellar ($XLM) tokens. There are no physical, non-cash, or ticket rewards associated with this Promotion.

The aggregate reward pool for Engage Season 6 is $50,000 USD worth of XLM, structured into two distinct allocation categories:

A. Main Leaderboard Pool ($40,000 USD in XLM)

  • Allocation: $40,000 USD worth of XLM.
  • Qualification Threshold: A Participant must accumulate a minimum of 500 Experience Points (XP) on the official Engage Season 6 leaderboard during the Promotion Period to be eligible for a reward from this pool.
  • Distribution Mechanics: The $40,000 XLM pool will be distributed proportionally among all qualified Participants (≥500 XP) based on their final relative leaderboard position and total accumulated XP at the close of the Promotion Period.
  • Exclusion: Participants who fail to reach 500 XP on the official leaderboard prior to the end of the Promotion Period shall not be entitled to any share of the $40,000 XLM Leaderboard Pool.

B. 72-Hour Special Flash Mission Pool ($10,000 USD in XLM)

  • Allocation: $10,000 USD worth of XLM distributed across two sub-tiers during the designated 72-hour Flash Mission window.
  • Tier 1: Top Trading Volume Pool ($7,500 USD in XLM – 10 Winners)
  • $7,500 USD in XLM will be divided equally among the top ten (10) Participants ($750 USD in XLM each) who record the highest aggregate trading volume in $XLM or qualifying assets on the stellar blockchain inside Vision Wallet during the 72-hour Flash Mission window.

Tier 2: Lucky Draw Raffle Pool ($2,500 USD in XLM – 10 Winners)

  • $2,500 USD in XLM will be divided equally ($250 USD in XLM each) among ten (10) randomly drawn Participants.
  • Raffle Qualification: To qualify for the random raffle draw, a Participant must execute a minimum cumulative trading volume of €100 (or equivalent) in $XLM or qualifying assets on the stellar blockchain within Vision Wallet during the 72-hour Flash Mission window.

C. General Reward Conditions

  • Participants qualify to receive rewards from both the Main Leaderboard Pool and the 72-Hour Special Flash Mission Pool.
  • The exact quantity of XLM distributed will be calculated using the prevailing market exchange rate in USD/XLM at the time of distribution.
  • Rewards will be credited directly to the winning Participants' non-custodial Vision Wallet addresses within fourteen (14) business days following the end of the Promotion Period.
  • Participants may not request substitution, transfer, or exchange of any portion of their XLM reward.
  • The Organisers accept no responsibility for transfers delayed due to congestion on the Stellar network or technical issues outside the Organisers' reasonable control.

5. Disqualification & Fair Play Rules

The Organisers strictly prohibit unfair practices and reserve the right to disqualify any Participant who:

  1. Tampers with or manipulates the entry process, leaderboard, XP calculation, or operation of the Promotion;
  2. Engages in wash trading, self-dealing, automated bot trading, sybil attacks, or collusive behavior designed to artificially inflate trading volume or XP;
  3. Acts in violation of these Terms, the Vision Wallet Terms, or any applicable legal or regulatory framework; or
  4. Provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

Disqualified Participants forfeit all rights to receive any Reward. The Organisers reserve the right to seek damages or legal remedies from any individual attempting to deliberately undermine the operation of the Promotion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Foundation nor VW3 shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion.

The Organisers reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, modify, postpone, or cancel the Promotion (or any part thereof) for technical, regulatory, operational, or legal reasons. Participants hold no legal claim or entitlement against the Organisers arising from such modifications.

If rewards are credited in error or in excess of the specified amounts due to system, software, or human technical error, the Organisers reserve the right to correct the error and adjust or reclaim affected balances accordingly.

7. Data Protection & Tax Obligations

All personal data processing in connection with this Promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection / EU GDPR) based on contractual performance and the Organisers' legitimate interest in executing the Promotion.

Taxes: Participants are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any and all applicable local taxes, duties, or levies resulting from the receipt or trading of $XLM rewards under this Promotion.
