Terms & Conditions Engage Season 4

1. General

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the rules for participating in the promotion “Engage Airdrop Season 4“ (“Promotion”) of the Vision Web3 Foundation, (CHE-470.746.756) with registered office at Baarerstrasse 12, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (the “Foundation”) and VW3 Labs Ltd., CO Services Cayman Limited, PO Box 10008, Pavilion East, Cricket Square, Grand Cayman KY1-1001 (reg. no. 432361) (“VW3” and together, the “Organisers”). and the resulting legal relationship between the Foundation, VW3 and the individuals participating in the Promotion (each a “Participant” as defined in Section 3 or “you”).

Please note that participating in the Promotion constitutes your unconditional agreement to the terms of these Terms. The following Terms already agreed to, in particular the Vision Wallet Terms and the Web3 Loyalty Rewards Program in their current versions, apply. 

Any language version is a referential translation of the original English version of these Terms. In the case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

By participating in the Promotion, you represent and warrant you meet the eligibility requirements below and acknowledge that failure to meet all eligibility requirements will result in your disqualification.

2. Promotion Period

This Promotion begins on August 31, 2026, at 14:00 (CEST) and ends on September 28, 2026, at 14:00 (CEST) (“Promotion Period”). The Organisers reserve the right to change or end the Promotion at any time.

3. Eligibility and Entry

Unless otherwise specified, entry is open to fully verified and registered Bitpanda users (“Participant” and together, the “Participants”) who:

  1. meet all the entry criteria described in these Terms,
  2. are not resident in a country or territory where the Promotion is prohibited by law or restricted by any of the Organisers,
  3. hold and stake Vision (VSN), the native utility token issued by the Foundation, via the Vision Wallet during the Promotion Period,
  4. have successfully linked their Vision Wallet to their verified Bitpanda account prior to or during the Promotion Period,
  5. earn and maintain a ranking on the leaderboard based on Experience Points (XP) accrued through the fulfilment of missions, and
  6.  and accept these Terms.

4. Reward, Reward Recipient, Selection and Notification 

After the Promotion Period has ended, all Participants who, during the Promotion Period, (i) meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3 and (ii) have not been disqualified by the Organisers in accordance with Section 5 shall be eligible to receive a reward (each a “Reward”) based on their final position on the official XP Leaderboard. Ranking is determined by the total XP accumulated during the Promotion Period in accordance with the requirements set out in Section 4.

EURCV Rewards

The eligible Participants ranked from first (1st) through one hundredth (100th) place inclusive on the XP Leaderboard shall be designated as the “EURCV Reward Recipients.”

An aggregate reward pool of EUR 10,000 worth of EURCV shall be distributed exclusively among the EURCV Reward Recipients.

Participants ranked below one hundredth (100th) place shall not be eligible to receive any portion of the EURCV reward pool, irrespective of the amount of XP they accumulated during the Promotion Period.

FC Bayern VIP Ticket Rewards

Five (5) eligible Participants shall each receive two (2) VIP tickets to an FC Bayern home match during the 2026/27 football season.

The Participant ranked in first (1st) place on the XP Leaderboard shall automatically receive two (2) VIP tickets to an FC Bayern home match.

The remaining four (4) pairs of VIP tickets shall be awarded through separate random draws conducted by or on behalf of the Organisers after the end of the Promotion Period as follows:

  • One (1) eligible Participant ranked from second (2nd) through third (3rd) place inclusive shall be selected.
  • One (1) eligible Participant ranked from fourth (4th) through eighth (8th) place inclusive shall be selected.
  • One (1) eligible Participant ranked from ninth (9th) through eighteenth (18th) place inclusive shall be selected.
  • One (1) eligible Participant ranked from nineteenth (19th) through fiftieth (50th) place inclusive shall be selected.

The stated probabilities assume that all XP Leaderboard positions within the respective ranking group are occupied by eligible, non-disqualified Participants. If one or more Participants within a ranking group are ineligible or disqualified, the probability of selection for the remaining eligible Participants in that group will increase accordingly.

The Participant ranked in first (1st) place and the four (4) Participants selected through the random draws shall be designated as the “FC Bayern VIP Ticket Reward Recipients.”

The EURCV Reward Recipients and the FC Bayern VIP Ticket Reward Recipients are each referred to as a “Reward Recipient” and collectively as the “Reward Recipients.” A Participant may receive both an EURCV Reward and an FC Bayern VIP Ticket Reward.

Reward Recipients may not request the substitution, exchange or cash equivalent of any Reward or any portion thereof. The FC Bayern VIP Ticket Rewards are non-transferable and subject to match, stadium and ticket availability. The relevant home match shall be determined by the Organisers. Unless expressly confirmed otherwise by the Organisers, travel, accommodation, insurance, ground transportation and any other expenses associated with attending the match are not included.

The value of crypto-assets, including EURCV and any VSN acquired, held, staked or otherwise used in connection with the Promotion, may fluctuate and could decrease substantially, potentially to zero.

Only Participants who (i) meet all requirements described in Section 3 and (ii) have not been disqualified by the Organisers in accordance with Section 5 are eligible to receive a Reward.

The Organisers will strive to notify Reward Recipients of their Reward by October 14. The Organisers reserve the right to substitute a Reward, or any part thereof, with an item of equal or greater value where there are objective reasons for doing so.

Reward Recipients will be notified via the email address associated with their registered Bitpanda Account. The Organisers assume no responsibility for undeliverable emails or incorrect or outdated contact details.

Reward Recipients must provide any information reasonably required to fulfil the Reward, including contact details, ticketing information or identification documents, within seven (7) days of receiving the notification. Failure to provide the requested information within this period may result in forfeiture of the relevant Reward.

The transfer of EURCV or the issuance and delivery of the FC Bayern VIP tickets may be delayed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organisers shall not be liable for losses arising from late transfers, blockchain network delays, match postponements or cancellations, or delays caused by third-party service providers, including ticketing providers, stadium operators or event organisers.

5. Disqualification

The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify a Participant it suspects or finds (i) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, (ii) to be acting in collusion with other Participants aimed at manipulating or disrupting the Promotion, (iii) to be acting in violation of these Terms, (iv) or in breach of any other applicable terms, the terms and conditions of the Foundation, its subsidiaries, or (v) to have provided inaccurate information.

Disqualified Participants will not be entitled to become a Reward under this Promotion.

Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Organisers reserve the right to seek damages from any such Participant or individual. 

The Organisers are not responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and may disqualify a participant if the email address of the Participant is not valid.

6. Organisers’ Liability

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Organisers be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. 

The Organisers reserve the right, without any prior notice or compensation to you, to suspend, cancel, postpone or modify the Promotion, at any time, for any reason whatsoever. You do not have any legal claim against the Organisers arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.

If, due to a technical, system, or human error, any assets, Rewards, or benefits are granted in error or in excess of the applicable Promotion, the Organisers reserve the right to correct such error and reclaim, deduct, or reverse the affected assets. Affected Participants are not entitled to retain assets, Rewards or benefits granted in error. The Organisers may take reasonable measures to resolve the issue.

7. Data protection and taxes

All data processing at the Organisers in relation to this Promotion is carried out on the basis of the contractual obligation and legitimate interest in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Act (DPA) for the purpose of establishing the legal relationship with the participant and for the subsequent implementation and processing of the Promotion.

The Organisers are not responsible for data processing by FC Bayern München AG. For more information on how FC Bayern München AG processes your personal data, please refer to their privacy notice.

Participants are solely responsible for any/all applicable taxes related to the Promotion. Participants should consult a tax advisor to determine tax implications in accepting any Reward.
