Terms & Conditions Engage Airdrop Season 2

1. General

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the rules for participating in the promotion “Engage Airdrop Season 2“ (“Promotion”) of the Vision Web3 Foundation, (CHE-470.746.756) with registered office at Baarerstrasse 12, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (the “Foundation”) and VW3 Labs Ltd., CO Services Cayman Limited, PO Box 10008, Pavilion East, Cricket Square, Grand Cayman KY1-1001 (reg. no. 432361) (“VW3” and together, the “Organisers”). and the resulting legal relationship between the Foundation, VW3 and the individuals participating in the Promotion (each a “Participant” as defined in Section 3 or “you”).

Please note that participating in the Promotion constitutes your unconditional agreement to the terms of these Terms. The following Terms already agreed to, in particular the Vision Wallet Terms and the Web3 Loyalty Rewards Program in their current versions apply. 

Any language version is a referential translation of the original English version of these Terms. In the case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

By participating in the Promotion, you represent and warrant you meet the eligibility requirements below and acknowledge that failure to meet all eligibility requirements will result in your disqualification.

2. Promotion Period

This Promotion begins on March 31, 2026, at 01:00 (CEST) and ends on June 1 2026, at 01:00 (CEST) (“Promotion Period”). The Organisers reserve the right to change or end the Promotion at any time.

3. Eligibility and Entry

Unless otherwise specified, entry is open to fully verified and registered Bitpanda users (“Participant” and together, the “Participants”) who:

  1. meet all the entry criteria described in these Terms,
  2. are not resident in a country or territory where the Promotion is prohibited by law or restricted by any of the Organisers,
  3. hold and stake Vision (VSN), the native utility token issued by the Foundation, via the Vision Wallet during the Promotion Period,
  4. have successfully linked their Vision Wallet to their verified Bitpanda account prior to or during the Promotion Period,
  5. earn and maintain a ranking on the leaderboard based on Experience Points (XP) accrued through active VSN staking, and
  6.  and accept these Terms.

4. Reward, Reward Recipient, Selection and Notification 

After the Promotion Period has ended, all Participants who, during the Promotion Period, (i) meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3 and (ii) were not, for whatever reason, disqualified by the Organisers, have the opportunity to be awarded a Reward (each a ‘Reward’) based on their rank on the official XP Leaderboard. Ranking is based on the total XP accumulated during the Promotion Period in accordance with the requirements set out in Section 3.

The Participant ranked in first (1st) place on the XP Leaderboard shall be designated as the “First Reward Recipient,” and the Participants ranked from second (2nd) through twenty-fifth (25th) place inclusive shall be designated as the “Second Reward Recipients.”, and the Participants ranked from twenty-sixth (26th) through fiftieth (50th) place inclusive shall be designated as the “Third Reward Recipientss.” The First Reward Recipient, the Second Reward Recipients, and the Third Reward Recipients are hereinafter each referred to as a “Reward Recipient”, and collectively as the “Reward Recipients.”

The following Rewards will be awarded to the Reward Recipients:

  • First Reward Recipient: One (1) VIP Milan Flyaway for the 2026/27 football season (starting in August 2026). This includes round-trip economy flights, accommodation, and two (2) VIP match tickets, plus one (1) official AC Milan jersey customized with the name "Vision."
  • Second Reward Recipients: One (1) official AC Milan jersey customized with the name "Vision."
  • Third Reward Recipients: One (1) Vision Cap.

No substitution or cash equivalent of the Reward, or any portion thereof, is permitted. The VIP Flyaway is non-transferable and subject to travel/stadium availability. The value of crypto-assets (VSN) staked to qualify is subject to change, and there can be a substantial risk that it could lose value (potentially all value) as a result of buying, selling, or holding. 

Only the Participants who (i) meet all the requirements described in Section 3 and (ii) were not, for whatever reason, disqualified by the Organisers in accordance with Section 5 are eligible to be selected to get a Reward.

The Organisers will strive to notify Reward Recipients of their Reward by the target date of June 4, 2026. The Organisers reserve the right to substitute a Reward, or any part thereof, with an item of equal or greater value if there are objective reasons to do so.

The Reward Recipients will be notified via email to the email address they have stated in their registered Bitpanda Account about the payout of the Reward. The Organisers assume no responsibility for undeliverable emails. The Reward Recipients must provide necessary details (e.g., shipping address, jersey sizes, or travel documentation) within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the Reward.

The delivery of physical prizes or booking of travel may be delayed, and the Organisers  shall not be liable for any losses arising out of or in connection with a late transfer or third-party service delays (e.g., postal services or airlines).

5. Disqualification

The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify a Participant it suspects or finds (i) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, (ii) to be acting in collusion with other Participants aimed at manipulating or disrupting the Promotion, (iii) to be acting in violation of these Terms, (iv) or in breach of any other applicable terms, the terms and conditions of the Foundation, its subsidiaries, or (v) to have provided inaccurate information.

Disqualified Participants will not be entitled to become a Reward under this Promotion.

Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Organisers reserve the right to seek damages from any such Participant or individual. 

The Organisers are not responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and may disqualify a participant if the email address of the Participant is not valid.

6. Organisers’ Liability

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Organisers be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. 

The Organisers reserve the right, without any prior notice or compensation to you, to suspend, cancel, postpone or modify the Promotion, at any time, for any reason whatsoever. You do not have any legal claim against the Organisers arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.

If, due to a technical, system, or human error, any assets, Rewards, or benefits are granted in error or in excess of the applicable Promotion, the Organisers reserve the right to correct such error and reclaim, deduct, or reverse the affected assets. Affected Participants are not entitled to retain assets, Rewards or benefits granted in error. The Organisers may take reasonable measures to resolve the issue.

7. Data protection and taxes

All data processing at the Organisers in relation to this Promotion is carried out on the basis of the contractual obligation and legitimate interest in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Act (DPA) for the purpose of establishing the legal relationship with the participant and for the subsequent implementation and processing of the Promotion.

Participants are solely responsible for any/all applicable taxes related to the Promotion. Participants should consult a tax advisor to determine tax implications in accepting any Reward.
