Beyond The Stands: Vision & AC Milan
1. General
The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the rules for participating in the promotion “Beyond the Stands: Vision & AC Milan” (“Promotion”) of the Vision Web3 Foundation, (CHE-470.746.756) with registered office at Baarerstrasse 12, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (the “Foundation”) and the resulting legal relationship between the Foundation and the individuals participating in the Promotion (“Participant” as defined in Section 3 or “you”).
Please be advised, participating in the Promotion shall constitute your unconditional acceptance to be bound by any and all of the terms of these Terms. Any language version is a referential translation of the original English version of these Terms. In the case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
By participating in the Promotion, you represent and warrant you meet the eligibility requirements below and acknowledge that failure to meet all eligibility requirements will result in your disqualification.

2. Duration
This Promotion will begin on the [09/04/2026], [09:00] (CEST) and ends on the [07/05/2026] (CEST) [12:00](“Promotion Period”). The Foundation reserves the right to change or end the Promotion at any time.
3. Eligibility and Entry
Unless otherwise specified, entry is open to any Participant who, during the Promotion Period:
(a) has reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence, which is typically eighteen (18) years of age, unless otherwise defined by applicable law, at the time of participation in the Promotion;
(b) successfully submits their email address and completes the questionnaire through the entry widget located on the official Promotion landing page;
(c) has completed the "Knowledge Challenge" (read, quiz, and submit) hosted under the following link: https://blog.vision.now/beyond-the-stands-vision-ac-milan/
(d) meets all the requirements described in these Terms,
(e) are not resident in a country or territory where the Promotion is not available*, and
(f) accepts the Terms.
No prior registration, verification, or existing account opening is required to participate in this Promotion. Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.
The following natural or legal persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion:
(a) persons performing market making services or any similar services as well as institutional investors,
(b) persons who have not reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence,
(c) Bitpanda Enterprise users,
(d) employees and the immediate family members of such employees of Bitpanda or its affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries (including, the Foundation), participating promotional partners, advertising agencies, and any company involved in the creation, production, or fulfillment of the Promotion.
* Please note that - due to regulatory requirements - this Promotion is not available to Participants in certain restricted jurisdictions in particular, individuals with residence outside the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
4. Rewards, Eligible Participant Selection and Notification
After the Promotion Period has ended, 41 (forty-one) Participants who, during the Promotion Period, (i) meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3 and (ii) were not, for whatever reason, disqualified by the Foundation, will be drawn at random (the “Draw”) until 41 (forty-one) unique Participants (each an “Eligible Participant” and together the “Eligible Participants”) are selected for each of the following rewards (each a "Reward", collectively the "Rewards"). Each Participant can only win one Reward.
The following Rewards are available in connection with the AC Milan 2026/27 season (commencing August 2026):Following the Draw, Eligible Participants will be notified via the email address provided when completing the form available at https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/1f71e0-223817?framed=1, as set out under the following link: blog.vision.now/claim-your-all-access-pass-to-san-siro/ (the "Entry Form").
It is the responsibility of each Participant to monitor both their email inbox. The Foundation assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails.
If an Eligible Participant (i) cannot be contacted, (ii) fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification, or (iii) refuses the Reward, that Eligible Participant will be disqualified without further notice and the Foundation reserves the right to select an alternative Eligible Participant from the remaining pool of Participants.
The Foundation will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Rewards within [90] days after the end of the Promotion Period. Delivery may be delayed, and the Foundation shall not be liable for any losses arising out of or in connection with a late delivery of the Rewards.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any Reward, or any portion thereof, is permitted by an Eligible Participant. However, the Foundation reserves the right to substitute a Reward, or any part thereof, with an item of equal or greater value where objective reasons exist to do so.
5. Disqualification
The Foundation reserves the right to disqualify a Participant it suspects or finds (i) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, (ii) to be acting in collusion with other Participants aimed at manipulating or disrupting the Promotion, (iii) to be acting in violation of these Terms, (iv) or in breach of any other applicable terms and conditions of the Foundation, its subsidiaries, or (v) to have provided inaccurate information.
Disqualified Participants will not be entitled to become an Eligible Participant or win any other Reward under this Promotion.
Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Foundation reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual.
The Foundation is not responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and may disqualify a participant if the email address of the individual is not valid.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Foundation be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
The Foundation reserves the right, without any prior notice or compensation to you, to suspend, cancel, postpone or modify the Promotion, at any time, for any reason whatsoever. You do not have any legal claim against the Foundation arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
If, due to a technical, system, or human error, any assets, Rewards, or benefits are granted in error or in excess of the applicable Promotion, the Foundation reserves the right to correct such error and reclaim, deduct, or reverse the affected assets. Affected Participants are not entitled to retain assets, Rewards or benefits granted in error. The Foundation may take reasonable measures to resolve the issue.
7. Data protection and taxes
All data processing at the Foundation in relation to this Promotion is carried out on the basis of the contractual obligation and legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letters b and f of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) for the purpose of establishing the legal relationship with the participant and for the subsequent implementation and processing of the Promotion.

Participants are solely responsible for any/all applicable taxes related to the Promotion. Participants should consult a tax advisor to determine tax implications in accepting any Reward.
