Ecosystem Update #3 - EN
Leaderboard live, Hong Kong insights, and expanding reach
This update comes from Hong Kong, where the Vision team is meeting builders, creators, and institutional partners at Consensus. Below is a focused look at what moved this week and what we’re seeing on the ground.
Engage: Leaderboard is live
The Engage Leaderboard is now live in the DeFi Wallet.
Activity now translates directly into visible rankings, and we’re already seeing clear signs of competition picking up. That was the goal from the start: make participation measurable and visible, not abstract.
This is the first version, not the final one. Improvements already planned include:
- Better ranking overview and filtering
- More detailed performance insights
- ENS integration to replace auto-generated names
Engage continues to evolve step by step, and the leaderboard is a meaningful milestone in that process.
Market: The industry is maturing
At Consensus in Hong Kong, one theme came up repeatedly in conversations with founders, investors, and institutions: the market is maturing.
The focus has clearly shifted toward:
- TradFi integration
- Secure and compliant yield
- Real-world asset tokenisation
The hype-driven cycles are fading. What remains are projects that connect traditional finance with decentralised infrastructure in a sustainable way.
That direction aligns directly with Vision’s positioning.
Short-term sentiment may fluctuate. Structural adoption trends are moving in a clear direction.
Expanding reach: new KOL partners
We’ve started onboarding selected KOLs as official Vision partners, helping us reach new audiences and strengthen awareness around Vision and the broader ecosystem.
Our first new collaborators, Xeer and Wale, have already reached more than half a million users on X within just a few days - a strong sign that this resonates far beyond our existing circle.
This is the beginning of a broader creator and ambassador initiative. The focus is structured, aligned amplification, not short-term noise.
Creator program discussions
In Hong Kong, we also discussed launching a larger-scale partner program aimed at onboarding a broader network of content creators.
The goal is simple: expand reach while driving structured traffic into the Vision product suite. There is strong interest in regulated, real-world tokenisation when it is presented clearly and backed by infrastructure.
Podcasts
The team joined multiple podcasts across APAC, creating direct exposure to new audiences and deepening discussions around Vision Chain and compliant Web3 infrastructure.
Where this leaves us
Since the last update, we’ve launched the Engage Leaderboard, started working with our new KOL partners, and had productive conversations in Hong Kong around creators, infrastructure, and distribution.
Nothing dramatic, just steady progress across product and reach.
We’ll keep building, keep refining, and keep sharing updates as things move.
